ham, egg and cheese in a cup

Wow.  That might be the most inspired title for a post I’ve ever come up with.  “Ham, Egg and Cheese in a Cup.”  I mean, what could I possibly be writing about? Ponies?  It’s always a possibility.

No, no, I’m not nearly covert enough for any blog-title subterfuge.  Clearly, I’m a “tell it like it is” kinda gal.  Like, “Hey, it’s obvious you’re wearing a hair piece,” and, “You should probably have that mole looked at.”  And–like me–with this meal, what you see is what you get.

Don’t believe me?  Just guess what’s in this little buttered ramekin of goodness.  That’s right.  It’s lined with ham.  An egg is plopped in the center.  Cover it with cheese (we used pepper jack), then season (you know–if you don’t use a spicy, salty cheese like pepper jack).  Bake your ramekins on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and, voila!  Dinner!  Or breakfast.  Or a midnight snack.

Or, the correct answer: d) all of the above.
