ready for a change

As you may have noticed, I’m making a few changes to the ol’ blog.  On the right hand side, I’ve included a hit counter, a topics list, and a monthly archive.  And — as you can plainly see — I’ve changed the “theme.”  I like that the photos are given a thin, white border (much like a Polaroid picture, I think), and with a more muted color palette, I’m able to show off the food in a more flattering way.  Because food hates it when you show off its bad side.  Or so I’m told.
